How we store it

Your data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase. We retain a consent audit record — including the exact consent wording version, timestamp, and source URL — for each subscriber as required by CASL. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to deliver your newsletter:

• Mailerlite — newsletter campaign delivery and subscriber list management
• Mailersend — transactional emails (confirmation and welcome emails)

Your email address is shared with these services solely for the purpose of delivering the newsletter. Both services are GDPR-compliant and maintain their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may unsubscribe at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter email. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@beats.buzz.

Legal basis

This newsletter is a commercial electronic message under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send it only to subscribers who have provided express consent through our double opt-in process.
